User and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
You may need a user account in order to use some of our Services. You agree that you will not create an account for anyone other than yourself. The account is for you to access our Services so do not buy, sell, rent, lease or transfer your account or share access to your account. You agree to take reasonable precautions and keep your account secure.

Echlo grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, nonexclusive, revocable and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of our Services, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission to do so.
You may not use Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Services.
Echlo reserves the right to terminate any aspect of the Services at anytime.
If you upload, submit, store, send or receive content through our Services, you retain ownership of all intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.
When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give Echlo a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with the Services). The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. The licenses continue even if you stop using our Services.
Warranties and Disclaimer
We try our best to keep the Services up and running but we make no guarantees that we will always succeed.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. ECHLO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. FURTHER, ECHLO, INC DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON ITS SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ECHLO OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ECHLO OR A ECHLO AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on the Services could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Echlo, does not warrant that any of the materials on the Services are accurate, complete, or current. Echlo may make changes to the Services and materials contained on its Services at any time without notice. Echlo does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
Any claim relating to the Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
